2. Decorate With Your Party Accessories
If you are anything like me then you probably keep your New Years’ party hats, necklaces, glasses, etc.
As long as these don’t have a specific year on them then you can store them for years to come!
I like to set up a table with these party accessories along with any horns, or noisemakers that I may have purchased. It could be a console table, a sideboard, a hutch, etc.
And voila! This is now part of my New Years’ Eve home decor!
3. Incorporate A Little Christmas
I like to leave a little Christmas decor and mix it in with New Year’s decor. But my goal is always to have consistency in my decor.
So I only keep whatever Christmas decor that goes well with New Year decor. Such as gold and silver ornaments!
Just placing the ornaments in a clear vase is a super easy and quick way to incorporate some of your Christmas decor.
I found these little tinsel Christmas trees at the Dollar store which I used to decorate my kids’ room with. Just as I was about to put them away I realized they would go PERFECTLY with a New Years’ Eve aesthetic!
You would be surprised to see what great finds you might have laying around in your Christmas decor!
In fact, you can even keep your Christmas tree up! If it has the New Years’ colors it will go great with the entire look!
4. Light It Up!
With Christmas just over it’s likely that you already have some string lights about in your home decor. Don’t be quick to put these away!
Place your string lights in a glass vase, candle holder, or lantern.
This is one of the easiest New Years’ Eve decor ideas but it will instantly give your home an elegant party vibe!
5. New Years Colors
The typical colors of New Year are gold, silver, and black. Incorporating these colors into your home will instantly give your home a New Year’s Eve aesthetic!
Look throughout your home and storage for ANYTHING that might have these colors!
It could be a candle holder, a picture frame, a table runner, charger plates, or any decorative accents.
Trust me, once you put it all together you will see how your New Years’ decor comes to life!
Rose gold is also a beautiful and trending color for New Year’s Eve.
So if you have rose gold home decor or Christmas decor you can put it together to create a fun and chic New Years’ Eve party aesthetic.
